The difference in needs and the large number of life requirements led to an increase in the pressure on the person and caused him many problems, which prompted him to work continuously in order to meet those requirements to keep pace with the development that the world is witnessing now.

It created pressure on the individual’s psychological system, and the human self-became in a state of attraction in dealing with Attitudes in a way that may not achieve individual satisfaction with himself and his aspirations, and individuals have become living in a tangible contradiction between what they hide and what they show of emotions and behaviors, and that this conflict in expression can appear within any of the emotional states of the individual, whether positive or negative, the aim of the research is to identify the level of The Ambivalence over Emotional Expression among married and unmarried university students and statistically significant differences according to the variables (gender, specialization), and to achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive approach, and the study sample amounted to (400) students who were selected by random stratified method from the research community, the two researchers adopted the Kink scale Emmons (1990), and verifying the psychometric properties of the scale, as the apparent validity and construction validity of the scale were found, and the scale's stability was verified using the A-test method.

Usually the test and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for internal consistency, and to extract the results of the research, the two researchers used the T-test for one sample and the analysis of binary variance, and the results of the study showed a level of duplication in emotional expression among the research sample of married and unmarried students, and there were no statistically significant differences in the level of duplication In the emotional expression of married and unmarried students according to the variable of gender and specialization.
