Abstract EN

The study aims to define organizational communication as the main pillar in various organizations , and as the basis for success excellence and survival in the era of development ,globalization and competition ,despite the importance of this process it faces many different obstacles that prevent communication from achieving its goals within the organization and its inability to overcome its problems.

Modern management thought focuses on the individual and the variables associated with him as the most important element within the organization ,communication is among the important variables that need to be invested in developed and taken care of and the individual in charge of it and the beneficiary of it to achieve effective communication that achieve the goals and plans of the organization.
