The importance that we attach to education does not date from today, it has always been the center of interest for all peoples and nations, it has even become a requirement to meet needs, which cease to diversify and become more complicated, and for the individual and for the society which place their hopes in him with all its levels in general, in particular the middle and secondary education which represent the engine of all development and the promoter of all science.

Thus, we show, by the present intervention, the methods of training and teaching, also, everything that is related to the training of trainers in order to push the performance of each trainer on all levels to the highest degree of excellence.

, thus allowing it to accomplish its various tasks in order to be able to achieve the objectives of teaching and to strengthen the effectiveness of the educational act.
