This research aimed to know the current status of financial inclusion in the banking sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of financial inclusion facing financial service providers, in addition to clarifying the role that digital banking services can play in promoting financial inclusion in In light of the Corona pandemic, and in this, the researchers used a survey list to collect data from banking bank employees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a random sample, and the research concluded that the Corona pandemic led to an unprecedented increase in demand for digital banking services, On this approach, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was keen to benefit from digital banking services in response to the Corona pandemic, and the research recommended the need for Saudi banks to adopt more financial innovations in order to keep pace with the global banking system, especially in light of the challenges of the Corona pandemic.
