The descriptive approach has been used in this research, and the research pool consisted of all faculty members of the College of Education at Bin Waleed University distributed according to their scientific specializations and their number (120) according to the official statements from the college administration , While the research was applied to a simple random sample of faculty members at the College of Education - Ibn Walid University, and they number (50) faculty members, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: -The faculty member faces complex financial and administrative problems when participating In scientific conferences and symposia locally and internationally, and the lack of cientific journals and periodicals in the college that may encourage the desires of a faculty member to see research related to his specialization, as the results of the research showed That there are no training programs and courses that the college undertakes to teach and train how to prepare scientific research for a faculty member, for example courses on how to use a computer in the data analysis process through the ssps statistical analysis program,
