Religion played an important role in the ancient lobbies life, So They turned to the nature , which represented the source of their livelihood , their lives and compose their environment but they naturally had a sense that the natural aspects and phenomena , as well as animals were nothing more than a link between them and a supernatural power that they couldn't reach , and the general belief was that this force is based in the sky , Hence their worship of the highest cosmic manifestations so the sun and moon were the most sacred , then then mountains in the second place , as well as other aspects , and we see that the fertile animals such as the Ram the OX and the Lion were in the place of reverence , be Couse they were seen by the gods who chose them to be the earthly seat of it's souls , which it sends to find out about the conditions of human beings and meet their needs , and sometimes to punish them if they are angry with them.

therefore , the ancient lobby tried to appease that god by making some representational movements in which he tried to simulate what he believed were the spirits sent by God , which modern writers considered what they called the term magic , and also he believed that those spirits sometimes used to talk to him which is known as the Jinn , and most of time we find that those who talk to these spirits are priests which indicates the prominent position that these spirits represent in religious belief and the extent of their connection to a perceived God whose place is in haven .
