Abstract EN

The objective of studying the rule of silence in fundamentalism and the jurisprudential branches on which it was built is to firmly establish this rule by making a clear statement of what it is and what it really is, together with a statement of its conditions, which it portrayed and then a statement of the fundamentalist sects that have exceeded ten, indicating the most likely point with evidence, that it is a consensus and an argument upon which the Islamic rulings are based.

This is the doctrine of the Adult Imams, at the head of whom is the founder of the School of Origins all times.

Imam Al-Shafei - Taieb Allah Thara - and whoever stopped in his argument on a condition of his own, what he saw as a weak and restive doctrine, so that the accepted doctrine remains the doctrine of the Jamahiriya of the scholars, who say that it is an argument and a consensus.

And my recommendation to the students of this great science is to make of it encyclopedias that are comprehensive for each sect, so that the extreme and the religious alike may know the importance of this rule in theoretical and practical study.

We thought that consensus is the tool of unity and power so that good may prevail in all human society, and that it is not hard on God.
