Abstract EN

Since many of the Muslim heritage is still confined in the bookshelves and cannot be or accessed, this prompted me to search and excavate the world of manuscripts, and to explore its depths.

This was of what I stood on, this manuscript that is in our hands, which is labeled "the requirements of , breath and metabolism", and its author: Sheik Abdul Ghani bin Talib al-Ghunaymi, the Damascene field 1298H, may God have mercy on him.

Relying on God and using Him, Glory be to Him, I determined to achieve this manuscript and to its text in contemporary scientific methodology.

The message consists of an introduction, two sections, and catalogs.

The introduction includes the importance of the book and the reasons for its selection, previous studies, the research plan, the and the methodology of the investigation.

The first section is a study on the author and his message, and includes chapters: Chapter I: introduction of Sheik Abdul Ghani bin Talib al-Ghunaymi in the Damascus field.

Chapter II: introduction of the letter of Sheik Abdul Ghani al-Ghunaymi in the provisions of menstruation and and breathtaking, and section II: text of the investigation into the provisions of menstruation, breathlessness and induction.

It is recommended that the Islamic jurisprudential heritage is abundant and is still confined to libraries and manuscripts.
