The research started by introducing digital evidence and highlighting its features that distinguish it from other evidence.

The research then went on to explain the authenticity of digital evidence, then looked at digital falsification, its concept, and its evolution.

In this context, the research was presented to show the rule of using stationary photo animation software.

The research then studied the deep counterfeiting technique, between its concept, origination, and harms, and the rule of using this technology in Islamic jurisprudence, and its impact on the invocation of digital evidence in criminal proceedings.

The research concluded with a number of results, including: the assertion that modern technology has achieved great interests that have benefited, facilitated and benefited humanity, but at the same time has negatively affected reality in all its areas; that digital evidence has its own nature that distinguishes it from other evidence; and that it is therefore not capable of being classified as conventional evidence; and that the appropriate jurisprudential adaptation of digital evidence is evidence that the judge uses to prove or dismiss claims.

When examining and considering the statements of the jurists, it is clear that they claim the authority of the evidence, and that those who have stated that they do not consider the evidence to be useful and invoke it.

The researcher recommends that speedy judgements should not be made on video releases, but should wait until they are verified; Fearing to speak unknowingly of people and to flee from making accusations without proof, especially in this frightening era where the new technologies have changed the facts and distorted them with proficiency and quality, making it difficult to distinguish between original and false.

He also emphasizes that social media users (male and female) should be aware that the excessive posting of images - with their facial features and features accurately marked - on social media pages is an easy material for digital counterfeiting criminals where they can create fake content and thus initiate a crisis.
