The deliberations are a linguistic trend that has emerged and flourished on the arena of modern and contemporary linguistic study, and the deliberations are concerned with studying language during use, and perhaps this is what made it more accurate and precise, as the language is studied during its use in different contextual positions and according to the purposes of the speakers and the conditions of the speakers.

From here came the researcher's choice of this field to apply it to this study, which came under the title ((Verbs of Speech in the Story of the Whining of Evidence, a Circulated Study)) in order to clarify aspects of textual discourse in this interesting story, using the theory of speech acts.

The study came in an introduction and two chapters.

In the preface, the researcher dealt with a simple overview of the life and work of the writer, and in the first chapter came a simple explanation of the concept of deliberativeness and its origin, as well as its roots in the Arab heritage and its most important principles.

In the second chapter, the researcher dealt with clarification and analysis of verbal actions in the story, followed by a conclusion with a summary and the results of the study.
