Abstract EN

This research, tagged with “Companions’ opinions and their weightings in the copyist and the abrogated ”, deals with the sayings of the companions mentioned in the transcription of the Qur’anic verses, and the narrations narrated from them.

In his research, the researcher has several examples of narrated accounts narrated from them, and between their opinions on the transcriber and the abrogated, and he tipped between them when contradicting their statements and their difference, and it appears from the accounts of the companions that the abrogated verses are not many, and that the exaggeration in the transcription in it invalidates previous legal provisions approved by the wise street, so it must be based on transcription on the correct narrations, and that mere ijtihad in it without evidence is a reward, so we must refer to what was reported on the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and what was narrated from the Companions, may God be pleased with them, to know the transcriber from the abrogated They are those who lived through the revelation, and watched the download.

The researcher relied on the investigative approach in investigating the narrated texts on the companions, then the comparative approach, to compare opinions and weighting between them.
