Abstract EN

The objective of the current research is to identify the role of electronic games in the development of the abilities of preschool children according to the requirements of the age.

From the kindergarten teachers' point of view, the sample consisted of (167) kindergarten teachers (72%) from the Dhi Qar community, Of the original society.

In view of the nature of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach.

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (19) paragraphs divided into two fields: the cognitive field and the second field: the educational, the validity of the questionnaire was verified, (SPSS) to extract the results showed a Results: 1-The role of electronic games in the development of the capacities of kindergartens according to the requirements of the era from the perspective of kindergarten teachers came in a medium degree in the fields of knowledge and the field of education.

2-The role of electronic games in the development of the capacities of kindergarten children according to the requirements of the age from the perspective of kindergarten teachers according to gender variable came in favor of males.

The researcher recommended the following: -The stage of kindergarten is very important in the formation of the child and should be given special care and an active role in the use of electronic games and technologies and modern technology.

-The need for training courses for kindergarten teachers to promote electronic games more.
