Abstract EN

The issue of international relations is frequently raised in political philosophies, and have attained the interaction of many philosophers of all times, the research deals with this issue in John Rawls through his famous book “The Theory of Justice”, in an attempt to monitor it‟s role, which he betting on it in accomplishing his vision of the global project that he envisions the possibility of achieving, in order for the research topic to be confined, the study focused on specific philosophical ideas: justice, social contract, contracting, domestic and international relations, moral commitment, institutions and actors, where it is investigated and interrogated it‟s goals in terms of historical, social and sometimes philosophical and political at other times, and how Rawls dealt with it, so that it witnessed a change towards expansion after it was of domestic character among those who preceded him, in an attempt by Rawls to adapt it to serve what he seeks for, so that the individualistic intertwined with the global community, but that does not prevent the return to the consideration of justice or what he called “principles of justice” to be the domestic pattern that can be withdrawn and followed like it in the global community, and the transition to institutions as a new system that manages relations instead of the state in order to manage material interests, and until the whole process is organized, there is possibility to create a law that governs it as long as there are common foundations that do not change and are not replaced by changing time and place.
