Abstract EN

This article is mainly about the new contemporary philosophical ethics and essentially tackles the responsibility principle of the German philosopher Hans Jonas who is considered among the founders of contemporary ethical thinking and environmental ethics.

Hans Jonas' book "responsibility principle" along with the thoughts presented in the famous Belmont report published in1979 have had a great impact on contemporary ethics which form the foundation of European and occidental politics in sciences.

This article presents some of the issues that speaks about the responsibility framing "act" ethic, as well as the debate about ethic fundamentals in general, and environmental ethic in particular.
