Abstract EN

This paper seeks to identify some of the possible approaches that help in researching the transformation witnessed by cheating in the baccalaureate exam through the use of information and communication technology, given the danger that cheating poses not only to the value of that scientific certificate, but also to the vision of different social actors of the argument of success and failure, where success becomes justified, regardless of the means.

This use has led to an increase in the number of parties involved in fraud, a process out of the walls of the educational institution, and an emergence of new actors who do not hesitate to turn the exam into an occasion to make profits, either by promoting some means or providing answers from a distance.

This necessitates thinking about the issue with a kind of depth that transcends condemnation and severity of the penalties.

These measures, despite their importance, reduce the phenomenon to the deterrent and injunctive dimensions and do not seek to understand the various dimensions that make up this phenomenon.
