Abstract EN

In this research, I will try to approach the role of youth in Tunisia in promoting the values of democracy, their participation in public affairs, and their effects on the most important social and cultural practices in light of the transformations witnessed by the social and political scenes in Tunisia, especially after the revolution.

Therefore, the selection of this research topic entitled “The Role of Youth in Establishing the Values of Democracy” stems from subjective motives, and from objective motives that aroused my interest and prompted me to address this phenomenon with research, understanding, and analysis.

This research is an attempt to address the importance of this social and political phenomenon, and the interaction of Tunisian youth with the components of civil society as being social actors that can help them embody the values of active citizenship and enhance their participation in the values of democracy.
