Abstract EN

Among the slogans raised during the 10-year-old demanding protest movements in Tunisia (2010-2020) was the activation of the ‘right not favor’ social programs.

In this framework and at an initial stage, we are going to elucidate the importance of the social state programs designed for Tunisian youth both methodologically and analytically and in the light of the official social policies.

Then and at a further stage, we are going to identify the most important social problems that young people are experiencing and the difficulties that obstruct preventive and effective social intervention in addressing them.

The evaluation and assessment of social program interventions is based, accordingly, on what Tunisia’s young people are looking for today: a public policy that promotes specific and equitable social programs without any bias or discrimination.
