Abstract EN

This study came to show the rule of introducing duty and its impact in maintaining one of the necessary objectives, namely to save oneself from the risks of coronavirus.

The study examined the concept of regulation and its sections, its importance and governance, its relationship to purposes and measures , and its impact on self-preservation through its contemporary applications related to the coronavirus .

The method used in the study were: inductive, analytical, descriptive, in addition to the root aspect, and the study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: *The introduction of Duty depends on the existence of the duty, and that the duty is to act and leave; considering that leaving the Haram is called a duty.

*Shows the importance of the rule in terms of doing introductions that help to perform duties, leaving introductions that are the entrance to the denial, as well as taking care of introductions and means that entail saving necessities, including self-preservation.

*It is the responsibility of the Authority to take the necessary preventive measures against the virus, as well as to alleviate the suffering of patients from providing treatment, skilled doctor and hospitals and prevent their exploitation, as well as to raise awareness of the risks of the virus, and punish those who work to spread it, or violate the decisions of the Authority.

*One of the most important issues on the base: suspension of the gathering and the group, quarantine, isolation, prevention of roaming, punishment of the vector of infection, provision of medicines and hospitals, treatment with forbidden drugs, non-exploitation of patients, dissection of bodies, detection of women in front of male doctors, and others to save souls from death.
