Abstract EN

The research in our hands, entitled "The judgment entrusted with the weightless evidence of the great figure, Hassan bin Ammar al-Sharbalali ( 1069 H ), study and investigation," includes the discussion ofa matter of conflict of evidence in the flaps of the judiciary, The author of the book, in which the author has collected many copies of the Hanafi Imams who support the weighting of the evidence ofthe outside on the hand (inside), with the discussion of those quotations and sayings, and mentioned some of the problems and explanations and answer them.

The nature of the research required that it consist of an introduction and two parts: the fust for the study and the second for the text.

Introduction: Is a statement of the content of the message and the motivation and impoltance of studying it .

The first section, which is specific to the study, includes two sections: the first to introduce the author's personal and scientific life; and second: to define the message to be achieved.

The second part is the text of the manuscript, which includes the text, which achieves a scientific investigation according to the rules and methods of achieving the recognized manuscripts
