Abdul Fattah Ibrahim had an intellectual role and an important position as the first sociologist in Iraq in the early 1930s, who was known for his intellectual, translation and political activities that had an impact on Iraqi society at the time.

He is the one who wrote an important book, the first of its kind, in the study of modern colonial history according to the concepts of holistic sociology, and the book is (On the Road to India), in which he presented social and political perspectives of great importance.

This book that we will study in order to identify the founding role that Abdel Fattah Ibrahim played in the study of political history and the analysis of historical events socially, to be the Previous on Ali Al-Wardi.
