غالبا ما تحتاج الشركة إلى أموال جديدة، و قد تعجز على الحصول على قروض جديدة، فتلجأ إلى زيادة رأسمالها، و الغاية من هذه الزيادة هي دعم مركزها المالي، سواء حصلت على هذه الأموال من خارج الشركة أو من داخلها، و قد لا يكون هناك إقبال على أسهمها الجديدة إن طرحتها للاكتتاب العام، أو لا تريد زيادة عدد مساهميها، فقد تكون شركة ناجحة أو عائلية فتريد أن تبقي إدارة الشركة و ملكيتها فيما بين مساهميها، فتحصر الاكتتاب على هؤلاء فقط، وتخضع هذه العملية لشروط و إجراءات يقصد منها حماية المساهمين و الشركة على حد سواء.

The company often needs new funds, and may not be able to obtain new loans, so it increases its capital, and the purpose of this increase is to support its financial position, whether it gets these funds from outside the company or from within it, and may not be interested in its new shares if you put them for public subscription, or You do not want to increase the number of its shareholders, it may be a successful or family company you want to keep the management and ownership of the company among its shareholders, confine the subscription to them only, and this process is subject to conditions and procedures intended to protect both shareholders and the company.

La société a souvent besoin de nouveaux fonds, et peut ne pas être en mesure d’obtenir de nouveaux prêts, de sorte qu’il augmente son capital, et le but de cette augmentation est de soutenir sa situation financière, si elle obtient ces fonds de l’extérieur de la société ou de l’intérieur, et peut ne pas être intéressé par ses nouvelles actions si vous les mettez pour souscription public, ou vous ne voulez pas augmenter le nombre de ses actionnaires, il peut s’agir d’une entreprise familiale ou réussie que vous souhaitez garder la gestion et la propriété de l’entreprise parmi ses actionnaires, limiter la souscription à eux seulement, et cet opération est soumis à des conditions et des procédures destinées à protéger les actionnaires et la société.
