بذلت الجزائر و على غرار دول العالم الكثير من الجهود للرفع من المستوى المعيشي للسكان، و تحقيق دخل فردي مقبول و محاربة البطالة و الفقر، و هذا باعتماد برامج تنموية رصدت لها اعتمادات مالية ضخمة، في هذا الصدد كان لزاما على الجزائر السعي لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال تحقيق جميع أبعادها.
و تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة مدى تأثير تلك البرامج على واقع التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، و قد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تلك المخططات خلال الفترة (2005-2019) قد حققت الكثير من النتائج على الصعيد الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي لكنها فشلت في تحقيق كل الأبعاد التي تحقق الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد بما يضمن بقائها للأجيال القادمة
Abstract EN
Algeria, like the most countries of the world, made a lot of efforts to raise the standard of living of the population, and this by adopting development programs for which huge financial allocations were made.
This research paper aims to study the extent of the impact of these programs on the reality of sustainable development in Algeria, and we have reached the conclusion that those plans during the period (2005-2019) have achieved many results on the economic and social level, but they failed to achieve all dimensions that achieve optimal exploitation resources to ensure their survival for future generations.

L'Algérie, comme les pays du monde, a déployé de nombreux efforts pour élever le niveau de vie de la population, et ce en adoptant des programmes de développement pour lesquels des allocations financières énormes ont été accordées.
Ce document de recherche vise à étudier l'étendue de l'impact de ces programmes sur la réalité du développement durable en Algérie, et nous sommes parvenus à la conclusion que ces plans au cours de la période (2005-2019) ont obtenu de nombreux résultats sur le plan économique et social, mais ils n'ont pas réussi à atteindre toutes les dimensions permettant une exploitation optimale des ressources.
