This research paper has been interested in the form of Decreased participation ended by ownership as a contract of emerging contracts in the Islamic jurisprudence, which is one of the investment methods developed by the Islamic banking institutions, which can contribute to the financing, investment and development of waqf properties.

In this research, we recognize the reality of decreasing participation, Its rules and its legal ruling, and the possibility of applying them to the development of the Algerian Awqaf on the grounds that Algeria possesses a significant yard of Waqf property, but most of them are not exploited in the right way, which prevents their performance to the Economic situation role

Ce document de recherche s'intéresse à la forme d'une participation décroissante à la jurisprudence islamique, qui est l'une des méthodes d'investissement développées par les institutions bancaires islamiques, qui peut contribuer au financement, à l'investissement et au développement de biens immobiliers à base de waqf.
