تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور السياسة المالية في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي، ارتأينا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق منهجية نماذج الانحدار الذاتي الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL(p,q1,q2) من أجل بناء نموذج قياس اقتصادي لأثر السياسة المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، بينت نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية لحالة الجزائر أن النفقات العمومية لم تساهم في تسريع وتيرة النمو الاقتصادي ، حيث تبين أن لها تأثير سلبي في الأجلين الطويل و القصير.
Abstract EN
This study aims to explain the role of the financial policy in achieving economic stability, through this paper the method of Auto Regressive Distributed Lags models ARDL(p,q1,q2) was applied to build an econometric model for the impact of public expenditure on economic growth in Algeria.
The results of the empirical study on the case of Algeria showed that public expenditure contribute to accelerate the rate of economic growth, and that it has a negative impact in the short and long term.

Cette étude vise à mettre en exergue le rôle de la politique financière dans la réalisation de la stabilité économique, à travers cet exposé on a appliqué la méthode des modèles "Auto Regressive Distributed Lags " ARDL(p,q1,q2) en vue de formuler un modèle économétrique qui explique l'impact de la politique financière sur la croissance économique en Algérie.
Les résultats de l`étude empirique ont montré que les dépenses publiques contribuent à l`accélération du taux de la croissance économique, et que les dépenses publiques ont un effet négatif sur le court et le long terme.
