Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the challenges facing the e-learning management system in public education in the State of Kuwait, and to identify the necessary procedures to meet these challenges in light of the Corona virus infection crisis (COVID-19) and its aftermath.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and data was collected from a questionnaire conducted It was applied electronically to a sample of (2285) male and female public education teachers in the State of Kuwait in the academic year 2020/2021.

The results of the study concluded that the e-learning management system in public education in the State of Kuwait faces challenges in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and its aftermath, and these challenges can be overcome and overcome when confronted.

These challenges came in the following order: challenges related to managing communication and communication, followed by challenges related to managing assessment activities, tests and assignments, then challenges related to managing educational material and curricula, and finally challenges specific to managing users (school principal, teachers, students, administrators).

The results showed that there were challenges that were compatible with the system, and that were faced, overcome and overcome during the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021.

The results of the study also showed that the challenges facing the e-learning management system in public education in the State of Kuwait in light of the Corona virus (COVID-19) crisis and its aftermath vary according to the following variables: educational region, educational stage, gender, occupation, and work experience.

The results of the study reached a set of measures that would support, overcome, and overcome the challenges of the e-learning management system in general education.
