أنماط القيادة التربوية و علاقتها بالقدرة على حل المشكلات المدرسية في المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Abstract EN

The main concern of the current study is to identify Educational leadership Styles and its Telationship to the Ability to Solve School Problems in the Middle Stage in the State of Kuwait from the Teachers' point of view and the effect of the variables of gender, experience, academic qualification and the educational region on this.

It aims also to reveal the relationships between educational leadership types and the capability of solving scholastic problems.

This study adopts the descriptive analytical approach.

The study sample consists of (60) male and female teachers at the middle stage schools.

Data were collected through a questionnaire that contained (56) statements distributed and divided into two main axes and each axe includes some dimensions.

The study uses the SPSS to reach its results.

The study results show that most of middle stage managers practice the democratic type of leadership, followed by the authoritative one and finally the chaotic type.

Furthermore, results display that most of schools problems at are students- relevant problems, followed by parents- relevant problems, then curricula- relevant problems, and finally teachers- relevant problems.

Moreover, the study results indicate that there is a positive relationship between the democratic type of leadership and the ability to solve schools problems while there is a negative relation between each of the authoritative and chaotic types and the ability to solve schools problems.
