Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the obstacles two administrative empowerment among school principals in Ramallah district during the corona pandemic.

And the mechanisms of overcoming the pandemic.

And to achieve the subjects of the study.

The researcher adopted the qualitative approach, and this is through the use of focus groups as a qualitative tool for the study.

The study Found that there are three types of Obstacles Administrative obstacles, technical obstacles, and humanitarian Obstacles.

The study sample consisted of 18 male and female principals.

The researcher came up with a set of mechanisms through which to overcome the obstacles to administrative empowerment and secondary schools.

The study recommended the necessity of giving school principals more power in making decisions and strengthening the principles of decentralization and the management of educational in situations.

Developing and strengthening digital communication systems and in educational in situations and developing the capabilities and skills of digital School principals and identifying the digital technical needs of school principals and training them on an ongoing basis.
