Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify the level of practice of transformational leadership by general education school principals in the Education Office in the Oyoun Al-Jawa governorate in the Qassim region from the teachers' point of view, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences in their responses about the level of transformational leadership according to the difference (gender, years of experience, training courses).

The research used the descriptive survey method, and the transformational leadership scale prepared by (Bass & Avolio, 2000), and presenting appropriate proposals to improve that level.

A sample of 379 teachers was selected, in a simple random way, and the results showed that the level of practice of transformational leadership by general education school principals in the Education Office in Oyoun Al-Jawa Governorate from the teachers' point of view was achieved to a very large degree, and the sub-dimensions were achieved to a very large extent, except for the intellectual arousal dimension.

It was largely achieved, and there were no statistically significant differences about the level of transformational leadership due to the variables of the study, except for the training courses in favor of (from 20 courses or more).
