The study aimed to identify the degree to which moral leadership is practiced by principals of schools in the district Education in Bani Kinana District from the point of view of teachers, and the study adopted the descriptive approach the survey, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the degree of ethical leadership practice, and the study sample consisted of (390) female teachers They were chosen in a relative random way, and the results of the study showed that the degree of moral leadership practice as a whole came to a degree (significant); The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of exercise Ethical leadership is due to the variable (educational qualification, educational stage), and the presence of significant differences Statistic attributed to the variables of sex and years of experience in favor of females, and from one year to less than 5 years.
