Abstract EN

The research aims to clarify the legitimacy of renewal in Islamic thought through the texts of the two revelations, the actions of the companions and followers, and the respected scholars of the nation since the early ages until the present day; It also shows that renewal in Islamic thought has legitimate motives that are acceptable in reason and reality.

The research also confirms that renewal in Islamic thought is a process that no single scholars can engage in; Because it needs respected scholars, who have reached the height of the hump in diligence in calamities and developments that were not in the era of those who preceded them from among the scholars; Therefore, it was necessary to have several controls in the process of renewal in Islamic thought.

In addition to the availability of several conditions in the renewal itself.

In this study, I used the inductive approach: when I followed everything that supports the process of renewal in Islamic thought and desires to conduct it; From the texts of the two noble revelations, the application of the companions and followers, and those who traced their trail from the diligent jurists of the nation.

It also used the analytical method: in analyzing the Qur’anic verses and the Prophetic hadiths that prove the legitimacy of renewal in Islamic thought, and analyzing what the Companions, followers and scholars of the nation did in this regard; Then I analyzed the motives for renewal, and stated the necessary controls and conditions for this process.

It also used the evaluative approach: in evaluating the views of scholars on renewal from all sides and angles, and praising what came from it in accordance with the intent of the Noble Qur’an and the purified Sunnah, and what is contrary to that.

Through this study, I found: 1- Renewal in Islamic thought is one of the legitimate matters urged by the texts of the Noble Qur’an, the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet, the actions of the Companions and their followers, and respected scholars.

2- Renewal in Islamic thought is an inevitable necessity that cannot be ignored or ignored.

3- Renewal in Islamic thought does not mean alienation from the constants, principles and values of Islam; Rather, it means returning it to the pure source on which our Prophet- may God bless him and grant him peace- left us.

4- Renewal in Islamic thought has controls that scholars of renewal must proceed through; In order to reach the desired results from this important process.

5- that no researcher in Islamic sciences has the right to engage in renewal in Islamic thought; Because this section is not good at the individual scholars.

Recommendations and suggestions: 1- I recommend the establishment of a scientific body in every Muslim country that works on purifying heritage books from the Israelites and myths that Islam rejects.

2- He recommended the creation of constitutional articles that criminalize the practice of non-specialists in the sciences of Islamic law.

3- I recommend the scholars of the Fiqh academies to follow up on calamities and developments and study them from all their aspects; and stigmatized it by the appropriate legal ruling; Until they close the door of ijtihad in these calamities, individual scholars; As well as non-specialists.
