Evaluating the websites of university libraries on the internet shows these libraries are effectual and ready for excellent performance.

The strict professional practice which comes in accordance with a criterion providing standard models that are subject to be updated and improved.

This will contribute in achieving the goals of using technology and digital transformation.

Some objectives of the study are identified on the elements of electronic libraries websites within the unified Arab standard.

The researcher tried to find out how compatible is it with Al-Neelain University library.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method.

The most important result of the study was the support of the Arab standard index to the library and its functions in a medium degree.

Beside the full compatibility with the design elements by 100%.

One of the most important recommendations of the study is to developing the website and adding all the functions that help to achieve the library objectives.
