This research aims to study the reality of the specialized library in the White Nile State and to identify the groups which are found there and its technical measures, the type of the beneficial and why they deal with these libraries in addition to understand the data service which it offers to them.

The research used the descriptive method (case study and survey( .

Also documental (historical) method is used to know the written sources in this field.

The researcher used the statistical descriptive style to analyze the data.
