Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the relationship between the personal efficiency of the secondary school teachers in the district of East Nile.

To achieve this the researcher used the descriptive method.

The sample was examined from secondary school teachers in the district of East Nile.

The sample size was 50 teachers The researcher applied the measure of personal competence after ascertaining the psychometric properties and analysis of the data.

The statistical methods were used the most important of which was the test of one sample and two samples the Pearson correlation coefficient the analysis of the mono-variance (ANOVA) In the social sciences (SPSS) the most important results were: The general characteristics of the personal competence of the secondary school teachers in the district of East Nile were high: There are statistically significant differences in the personal efficiency of the secondary school teachers in the governorate of East Nile due to the gender variable There are no statistically significant differences in efficiency The secondary school teachers in the governorate of East Nile attributed to the variable years of experience There are no statistically significant differences in the personal efficiency of secondary school teachers in the governorate of East Nile due to the variable age.

In conclusion the researcher presented procedural recommendations and proposals for future research.
