The study aimed to identify the levels of learning disability among students of the qualifying year at Umm Al-Qura University, Al-Qunfudhah Branch, and to identify the differences in the level of learned disability based on the gender variable (males and females) among the members of the study sample.

The study sample consisted of (140) students who were selected in a random manner in the first semester of the academic year 2017/2018.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared and built a measure of the level of learner's disability according to Seligman's theory (Saligman1967) commensurate with the purposes of the study.

The results of the study showed the level of learning disability among students of the qualifying year at Umm Al-Qura University, Al-Qunfudhah Branch, in general is in a medium degree, which is the lowest of the middle class, and the results of the study showed that there are no fundamental differences in the level of disability for a learner according to the gender variable (males and females) in the current study sample.

The researcher explained these results based on the strength of the educational system and its formal and informal institutions in the Kingdom and its employees have the highest levels of competence and preparation.
