A Program Based on Linguistics Cognitive Theory to Develop The Skills of Language Structures of Non-Arabic Speakers and Their Attitudes toward Arabic Learning The aim of this research is to develop explicit and implicit linguistic structure skills and employ them in written and oral communication, and to develop the attitude towards Arabic language and its structures among non-native speakers of Arabic at the intermediate level B2 through a program based on cognitive linguistics theory The results, after applying the test of explicit linguistic structure production skills and their use in written communication, the scale of estimating the employment of implicit linguistic structure skills in oral communicative performance, and the measure of the attitude towards Arabic language and its linguistic structures among non-native speakers of Arabic at the intermediate level B2, proved the following: The average scores of the experimental group students after me were higher than the average scores of the control group after me, which proved the effectiveness of using the program based on cognitive linguistics theory in developing language structure skills and the trend towards Arabic language and its structures among the non-Arabic speaking students of the experimental group at the intermediate level B2.
