Abstract EN

This research discusses the story of poetry and its relation to the Noble Qur'an.

The research describes how the Qur'an disproves of immoral poetry that does not conform to the morals of Islam, in addition to the Quran's position towards the good poetry, which was appreciated by Prophet Muhammed, May Allah’s Prayers and Peace be upon him.

Also, this research examines two claims, the first one is that the Qur'an was affected by poetry, and the second one is that the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, used to say poetry, despite the Qur'an denying that.

The research handles these questions and confounds both claims.

The research depends on the method of persuasion and substantive dialogue on every issue.

Notably, this is the same method used to examine the claim that the Quran was affected by the poetry of Umayyah ibn Abi al-Salt.

The research highlights the value of authentic poetry, which meets the acceptance criteria by Arabic language scientists.

In addition, this research discusses the poetic contributions to the clarity of the Quran's meanings and the proof of its inimitability.
