Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the difficulties of e-learning in North Al Batinah governorate from the point of view of school sports teachers, and to reveal the differences in the difficulties according to the study variables, namely : gender, and number of years of experience, where the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study, and adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect the data of the study, which included 32 items distributed on three axes (difficulties related to technical and administrative aspects, difficulties related to students, and difficulties related to the teacher), and they were distributed to the study sample in a random manner, which numbered (210) teachers and school sports teachers in North Al Batinah governorate in the academic year 2020-2021 AD.

the apparent validity of the questionnaire was measured through the validity of the arbitrators, and the Alpha Cronbach coefficient for this scale was 0.96.

and the study found-after statistical treatments-that the difficulties of e-learning from the point of view of school sports teachers came to a high degree, with a mean of M = 4.15, and a standard deviation of SD = 0.58.

the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≥ 0.05).) in the e-learning difficulties in the North Al Batinah governorate from the school sports teachers’ point of view attributed to the gender variable (males / females), and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (α ≥ 0.05) in the e-learning difficulties in the North Al Batinah governorate from the point of view of the view of school sports teachers is due to the variable number of years of experience in favor of teachers of less than 5 years.

in light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations and proposals were developed, the most important of which were : providing tools, programs, a supportive environment, and electronic educational means that facilitate and support e-learning.
