This study contributed to identifying the role of organizational culture in the application of an electronic educational space in basic schools from the point of view of principals in Jerusalem governorate, as it tried to reveal the requirements and skills that must be available and also to reveal the most prominent challenges and obstacles faced by teachers in the application of an electronic educational space, and the study relied on interviews, through a survey of the opinions of a group of educational managers (focus group) who have an electronic educational space environment, to collect the necessary data, analyze it, and obtain and achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which was that school principals indicated that there is great importance to build an organizational culture and in the application of an electronic educational space capable of innovation in basic schools in Jerusalem governorate, and that it is necessary to work to provide material and moral capabilities, qualify teachers and develop their skills, provide an interactive educational environment that takes into account students' individual differences and psychological needs, this educational environment works to provide students with communication skills in the first place to build a creative organizational culture in the application of an electronic educational space, and the most important recommendations were to educate parents, students and teachers towards building an organizational culture and its great importance in the success of the application of the electronic educational space in basic schools, to achieve the requirements of the 21st century, and work to strengthen and develop organizational confidence because of its effectiveness of great importance in the success of the application of the electronic educational space.
