Abstract EN

This research aims identifying the determinants of the relationship between the intellectually attitudes about the practices of the authority and its direction towards achieving democracy and social justice, the study relied on the historical approach and the case study method on a sample of intellectuals consisting of 15 items, the study concluded that the practices of power throughout the ages imposed restrictions on intellectuals to is ablate them from political life, and the matter was no different after the revolution of 25 January 2011 and 30 June 2013 the consensus of intellectuals on the absence of indicators of justice is due to the practices of power that have not change throughout history from 1952 until the revolution 25 January 2011 and 30 June 2013.
