Abstract EN

This research aims to shed light on the usuliya deductions from the Quranic verses related to the mandated rulings of Ibn al-Arabi, and to explain their usuli origin in terms of semantic rules, and to compare them with his usuli choice, and to show their scientific value.

in this research, eight Quranic verses were studied, with an explanation of the method of deduction, and their comparison with the usuli choice of Ibn al-Arabi, and then an explanation of the origin of the usuli deduction by which he reached the deduction of the original usuli rule.

this research was composed of : an introduction and seven branches.

the first branch : there is no ruler, but Allah, the second branch : the reasonable tahseen and takbeeh, the third branch : no ruling before the Sharia, the fourth branch : what is permissible is good, the fifth branch : permissibility is from the Sharia, the sixth branch : one of the terms of obligation is "aala" and finally the seventh branch : unleashing hatred on what is prohibited.

finally, I finished this research with a conclusion which contains the most prominent results.
