Abstract EN

In this research paper, we tried to analyze the flows of foreign direct investment and to clarify the most important points that affected it in terms of the investment law and the legal, economic, political and social conditions that constitute the investment environment on which the investment decision is made.

one of the most important results that we concluded is that the investment law in Algeria negatively affected the developments of foreign direct investment, through our assessment of the investment climate, which we discussed through the ease of doing business index, the index of economic freedom and the global index of the competitive environment, which showed a decline in the level of the investment environment in Algeria.
