This article aims at exploring the role of human relations in the management process for leaders as it is a fundamental reason for the success of the team and the achievement of its educational and educational goals.

the content analysis method was used through previous studies and some field data.

the results concluded that the most important human relations skills are : (communication skill, listening skill, dialogue skill, sympathy skill, persuasion skill, presentation and speech skill).
