In the recent period, the critical arena has witnessed a wide emergence of a group of theories, studies, and curricula, which have begun to establish their actual existence and demand their independence as critical approaches or as fully-mature theories.

similar to the conflict between cultural studies and the cultural critical approach, or feminist narratives and feminist criticism, it seemed to scholars and those interested that the studies post-colonialism has also become a subject of controversy between a group of its pioneers being satisfied with theorizing and characterized by it, and the other group's attempt to establish a critical approach in its own right, which seeks to draw its methodological steps for the cultural approach, and reveals its strategy in interrogating and deconstructing texts, applying its mechanisms and defining its concepts.
