Literary translation is a completely different kind from other types of translation such as legal, economic, scientific, technical translation, etc .… in terms of quality and quantity.
quality compared to the professionalism that some translators acquire over the years by specializing in this kind of translation.
quantity, insofar as the number of works they translate is constantly increasing.
hundreds or more are sometimes translated by the same translator.
knowing that this is a very complex and restrictive operation, it is a question of knowing what are the requirements to achieve a good translation? currently several approaches are adopted, they call on different methods, so our problematic is focused on the nature of the new theories and their impact on the practice of literary translation.

La traduction littéraire est un genre tout a fait diffèrent des autres types de traductions comme la traduction juridique, économique, scientifique, technique, etc.
.… cela du point de vue qualité et quantité.
qualité par rapport au professionnalisme que certains traducteurs acquièrent au fil des années en se spécialisant dans ce genre de traduction.
quantité, dans la mesure ou le nombre d’ouvrages qu’ils traduisent est en progression continue.
des centaines voir plus sont traduits parfois par un même traducteur.
sachant que c’est une opération très complexe et contraignante, il est question de savoir qu’elles sont les exigences pour réaliser une bonne traduction? actuellement plusieurs approches sont adoptées, elles font appel a différentes méthodes, de ce fait notre problématique est portée sur la nature des nouvelles théories et leurs impact sur la pratique de la traduction littéraire.
