Speaking about Zaini Zadeh’s manuscript intitled "el Fawaid el Shafiya" aims at highliting the interest of scholars from different races on the Arabic language because its geographical scope is not located to the setting in which it was raised.

it has, rather, gone beyond the areas that witnessed a cultural growth and emphasis on the Arabic sciences, besides the role of Islam in this augmentation.

this geographical expansion is the legacy produced by ottoman scholars of various writings tightly connected to Arabic in which the supportive elements were found.

therefore, what Zaini Zadeh has written ensures the importance of the linguistic training, in addition to the attempt to simplify Arabic language learning including the grammatical and rhetorical legal regulations referencing the ottoman’s efforts, which is not less important than the other contributions to enrich the language.
