Space occupy an important place in the textes of the Qur’anic stories.

it is an essential component of the structure of narrative discourse.

the reader of the holy Qur’an is alerted to the avaibility of this text on many places that varied between mountain, the cave, the pit, the sea, the village, the sacred house, the belly of the whale, the palm, .these are places that brimmed with many symbolic meanings until they became a brillant semiotic sign.

this scientific paper aspires to reveal these connotations and invistigate the dimensions of these places in the text of the Holy Qur’an.
