أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على التغيرات في معدل النمو ونسبته عند تعرض فطرoxysporum Fusarium إلى العوامل البيئية المختلفة مثل نوع الوسط الغذائي ودرجة الحرارة والرقم الهيدروجيني والرطوبة والضوء.
أظهرت النتائج فروق معنوية في نمو الفطر على الأوساط الغذائية، درجات الحرارة ومستويات ال PH، حيث كان أفضل وسط غذائي لنمو الفطر هو الوسط PSA مقارنة بالأوساط WA، COA، وMEA أما عن تأثير درجة الحرارة ففد وصلت معدلات أقطار المستعمرة الفطرية أقصاها (9سم) عند درجة حرارة 25م.
أعلى نمو للفطر كان عند PH7، وأن أي زيادة في درجة الحرارة وتركيز ال PHكانت عائق للنمو، في حين لم يكن لنسب الرطوبة أو نوع الإضاءة تأثير معنوي على النمو الشعاعي للفطر.
Abstract EN
This study was conducted to determine changes that can occur in radial and rate growth when Fusarium oxysporum was exposed to various environmental factors such as medium type, temperature, pH, relative humidity and light.
The results of the study showed that the growth of fungus was significantly under medium, temperatures, and pH levels.
PSA medium was the best for fungal growth compared to MEA, WA, COA medium.
The highest growth is obtained at 25°C and gives growth (9cm).
The optimum pH for growth of is obtained at pH7.
Further increases in the temperatures and pH level showed retarding effect on growth.
Results indicated to the growth of fungus was non significantly under relative humidity and light.
