Through this research paper, we are trying to address a phenomenon that has exhausted the entire world and Algerian society, especially an old phenomenon that is growing and spreading more directly over time, namely the phenomenon of tobacco and drug use of all kinds in social circles and for different age groups, trying to introduce more to the phenomenon and the mechanism of occurrence and process And the reasons for the action to become a habit and thus addiction, as we address the causal establishment of this abuse according to the interpretations of major psychologists, as well as touching to try to understand the personality characteristics of the addict and the unconscious side of addiction.
