Throughout history, the Jews have been problematic in all the societies in which they lived due to their desire not to assimilate, preferring to close down and live in cantons.

it is the dilemma that confronted the soviet union to the extent that it prompted officials in Moscow to think of establishing a national home for them.

this study aims to shed light on one of the many attempts of the Jews to establish a homeland for them in many countries.

however, what distinguishes this attempt is that it was carried out at the initiative of the soviet union and on its soil, where it provided all the necessary facilities and material support.
