This research falls within the context of the political and social transformation that Algeria is witnessing following the February 22 2019 movement " El-Hirak", and it focuses on the cultural dimensions that emerged on the margins of this movement, especially issues of identity, history and language, which are issues that have remained throughout the history of independent Algeria complaining of a lack of interest, despite Some serious studies, and at a time when political and media approaches dominated this event, we recorded an ence of intellectual and cultural approaches, and we also recorded an ence of religious symbolism among the Harakis, which is the symbolism that had a presence in many countries of the so-called Arab Spring.
